Our client is a leading global company specialised in the detailed engineering, fabrication and construction of offshore FPSO (Floating Production Storage Offloading) and FSO (Floating Storage Offloading) topside modules. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Senior Facilities Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Daily and Weekly Work Planning and Duty Roster.
- Manage day-to-day functions of facility technicians and gather feedback and observations from routine inspections.
- Guide and monitor Facility Technicians whenever help is needed to resolve facility / building issues while ensuring Workplace Safety.
- Prepare the maintenance schedule and arrange contractors for servicing
- To ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are duly carried out to ensure facilities and Fire Safety Equipment are in good working conditions.
- To maintain and schedule the periodic maintenance and servicing Plants compressors, pumps and all equipment.
- To maintain Chiller plants and monitor the plant efficiency. Including Cooling Tower, Condenser pump and AHUs.
- Hands on Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary and Plumbing works as needed to support Technicians.
- Support Emergency Response Plan.
- Coordinate with Safety/Security Team and landlord to verify Building/Fire Alarms and record events.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years of maintenance working experience in marine shipyard industry will be added an advantage
- Senior engineer position is available for those with more years of experience
- Hands on experience in welding machine and CNC plate cutting machine troubleshooting works or equivalent
