POSITION GOALS
The primary objective of this position is to provide high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and Customer Relations with the day-to-day operations of the division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include, however not be limited to:
- Be the first point of contact to greet clients and understand, answer and address client needs with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure the foyer is visually maintained to reflect a welcoming and professional environment.
- Provide a high level of customer service when hosting international and VIP guests; and provide translation services for international guests as required.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Receive, distribute and manage mail bank and deliveries.
- Maintain office equipment, meeting rooms and staff snacks and refreshments.
- Manage various internal processes such as vehicles and travel.
- Assist and host internal and Customer Relation activities, events and coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
- Draft and format reports and other documents and maintain Customer Relation CRM with high degree of attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Customer Relations Team and other ad hoc office assistance as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong bilingual (English and Chinese speaking) communication skills both written and verbal are essential
- Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued.
