- Tender quotation.
- Following up with past tender submission.
- Monthly Progressive Claim for project.
- Placing orders for Sales Rep on their customer orders, plan, prepare documentation and schedule appointment.
- Attending to customer inquiries or feedback with the Operation team on follow-up
- Prepare purchase requisition for Procurement
- Play an active role in the customer retention program.
- Assist to check the Technician schedule
- Assist Department on all HR and other departments related matters
- Any other ad-hoc work scope by superior.
