Finance Clerk / Part-time

Job Summary:
The Part-time Finance Clerk will assist the Finance Department in various tasks related to financial management, analysis, and reporting. The intern will work closely with the team to support the overall finance function and help ensure accurate and timely financial information is available to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
2.Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
4.Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
5.Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
6.Assist with the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
7.Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure the accuracy of data.
8.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1.Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
2.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Strong organizational and time management skills.
7.Availability to work as part-time 2-3 days per week
