Job descriptions:
- Kitchen (Back of House): Responsible for the food preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality.
Prepare food orders in accordance with standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the Company.
Inventory management and ensure the stock are sufficient.
- People Management: Foster commitment among restaurant staff by exemplifying leadership behaviors and work standards.
Ensure all restaurant staff comply with appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, security, and safety procedures.
Oversee and conduct performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for all restaurant staff in a timely manner.
Administer in-restaurant employees' welfare and benefits packages, as well as manage payroll procedures.
- Sales Building Management:Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets through the implementation of store marketing strategies.
Job requirements:
- Candidate should hold at least a Professional Certificate (Degree)
- . Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- The candidate should able to adept in problem identification, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- The candidate should also exhibit exceptional communication skills to foster positive relationships with diverse guests and fellow restaurant employees.
- The candidate should be available to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
