What you will be working on

  • Oversee the dynamic operations related to CPF members' accounts and records.
  • Ensure the seamless delivery of member account services to CPF members, CPFB departments, and government agencies.
  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing process effectiveness, control frameworks, and overall service experience.
  • Develop and implement harmonised solutions to address common operational challenges.
  • Take on secretariat and coordinating roles in task forces and committees for projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

What we are looking for

  • At least 4 years of work experience in operations management, with a focus on financial services or customer-centric environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful projects, including the ability to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget.
  • Good understanding of account and records management processes.
  • Good problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
