Contract Period: 01 Mar 2024 to 28 Feb 2025.
Options to extend the contract : 01 Mar 2025 to 28 Feb 2026.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Roles and Responsibilities:
The admin support assistant is to provide administrative & logistics support at the General Office, Centre of Excellence (COE) of the Mother Tongue Department as well as Head of Department (HOD) Room. The candidate is also to take charge of sick bay and printing duties.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English and Chinese
- At least 3 years’ experience in school office administration
- Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and translation tools
- Bilingual with good communication skills
- Good team player
- Able to multi-task
