Job Responsibilities:
· Identifying our organisation purchasing needs
· Understanding target market and analysing trends to make inform buying decisions
· Researching, selecting, and purchasing quality and trend products
· Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate on price, quantities, and delivery timeline
· Coordinating with inventory, management, and stockroom
· Process requisitions
· Managing healthy stock levels and minimize dead stocks
· Monitoring stock quality and escalate discrepancies if needed
· Follow up on marketing mechanics with suppliers
· Analyse campaigns performance and quarterly suppliers’ performance
· Selling store space/advertisement opportunities to suppliers

· Analytical minded and good with numbers

· Good team player
· Savvy with Microsoft Excel
