Job Description
- Actively identify potential improvement opportunities on Workday HR Modules, focusing first on Recruiting and Compensation & Benefit.
- Take ownership on Workday Improvement project, and work toward goal in reducing manual work.
- Review business process and ensure optimal utilization on Workday features.
- Maintain and improve data quality, includes identify where data is not up to date and provide improvement plan alongside with HR team.
- Set up and communicate impact matrics for application configuration decisions.
- Set up reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, Transposed, Search) for recruitment team and other stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information System
- At leat 5 years of working experience in HRIS, 2 years of experience with Workday.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Calculated fields, Advanced, Matrix and composite reporting.
- Great analytical skills with superb follow through and attention to details.
- Experienced in BIRT Reporting will be preferred
