KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
- Analyse and recommend strategies to improve revenue and market shares.
- Analyse and present sales data to the management team and provide insights of the business.
- Prepare Competitor’s Analysis
- Provide analysis on members’ database to provide insights on consumer’s trend.
- Preparation of Management Reports.
- Other Ad-hoc duties.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge in SQL
