The successful candidate will join the Branch’s Customer Service Department which offers consumer banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, current accounts and remittances services to customers. He/She will perform both front-office counter service duties and back- office operational and administrative duties in the department. Such duties include handling over the counter banking transactions including opening of accounts; processing inward and outward remittance transactions; processing inter-bank GIRO payments; handling customer enquiries; attending to customers’ account requests; etc.
Requirements:
- A recognized degree.
- At least 1-year experience handling retail banking transactions in a bank
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong numeric and PC skills
- Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
