Responsibilities:
· Responsible for daily shop operations
· Assist in daily manpower planning
· Coach new and existing staff on the Company’s guidelines
· Attend to customer’s queries and requests
· Maintain healthy level of stock inventory in the shop
· Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM guidelines
· Manage store KPIs
Requirements:
· Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec or its equivalent
· At least 2 years of experience in Retail environment
· Customer service oriented and good communication skills
· Good people management skills
· Willing to work shift, on weekends and public holidays
· Preferably able to start work with short notice
