Responsibilities:
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
- Work with developers to improve website speed
- Work wth the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
- Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpis
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
- Report on performance
- Manage and lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve any online shopping issues promptly.
- Enhance the overall online shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in e-commerce or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion or footwear sector.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and web development.
- Proficient in using web analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics.
