- Experience working as Tier 1 level application support function.
- 5 years of experience in supporting applications using: J2EE, JSON, REST API, XML, Spring, Ruby, Oracle, Postgres databases, SQL, Apache and Tomcat web servers, Bash and Shell script Linux scripting, Kubernetes and AWS cloud setup, OpenSSL.
- Serve as a first line of technical support.
- Provide standby emergency response & support for system down/critical incidents.
- Perform product configuration based on customer requirements including attending to customer service & change requests.
- Change or fine-tune system related parameters.
- Perform problem analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
- Provide technical solutions & best practices.
- Interact with internal departments (development, cloud, etc.) and customer.
- Provide online and/or on-site assistance and training to customers.
