- Develop, maintain and update the BEP
- Oversee the BIM Deliverables progresses and BIM implementation processes of the Contract
- Coordinate and collaborate with client, all parties within the Contract and interfacing contract's BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators
- Setting up, maintain and manage the Contractors's own BIM collaboration platform
- Create, maintain and update respective BIM Software's project-specific templates and files for the Contract
- Establish and implement the following but not limited to project BIM goals, BIM uses, BIM workflows, 3D Coordination and collaboration processess, BIM Deliverables, data and information management, model coordination and model quality controls within the Contract and Interfacing Parties
- Establish all BIM related meeting schedules including the meeting objectives, venue and involving parties, and to facilitate the meetings
- Establish, facilitate and track BIM Deliverables and responsibility matrix
- Establish, implement and facilitate clash detection analysis to identify, resolve and validate all design and construction conflicts within the Contract and Interfacing Parties
- Participate in all necessary BIM meetings facilitated by the Interfacing Parties to provide necessary support and information for interfacing contracts BEP development and 3D Coordination work within the Contract and interfacing contracts
- Establish the BIM Software upgrade plan, the schedules of BIM Deliverables submission and information exchange
- Update, manage, monitor and track all model change records
- Enforce model checks and validate model quality prior to submission to the Engineer and information exchange with the Interfacing Parties
- Prepare, maintain and update the clash detection analysis resolution and validation reports. To ensure and enforce all identified design and construction conflicts have been rectified in CCSM and respective disciplinary BIM Models
- Ensure all native BIM Models within the Contract enable to federate seamlessly
- Facilitate the archiving, backup and data security of the BIM Models and the Contractor's collaboration platform
- Oversee, coordinate and manage the BIM Coordinators within the Contracts to meet all BIM Deliverables submissions and information exchange schedules
- Provide user support for BIM tools including hands-on support upon request by the Engineer
