Job Description
Your job responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage new accounts
- Coordination with drivers, ensuring clients' order(s) are delivered on time
- Work closely with the team to provide appropriate support, to maintain and gain business in line with business strategy
- Carry out joint and solo visits to new and existing customers to follow up on their accounts
- Keep abreast of industry updates and policies
- Prepare invoices and follow up on clients' account, to ensure the accounts are up to date
- To perform standby duties after office hours and attend to clients calls
- To oversee works carried out by contractors / drivers
- Ability to resolves issues and risk
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests
Requirement:
- Preferably experience in petroleum industry
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Results oriented personnel who have demonstrated good track record in handling account management
- Possess own vehicle will be an added advantage
