Our client is headquartered in Singapore, they are a global IT consulting and outsourcing services company that provides a range of technology solutions to businesses. With presence in more than 10 countries and supported by more than 20,000 global employees, the company specializes in IT solutions such as software development, cloud adoption, transformation, cybersecurity, AI and IT consulting services.

The Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Oversee multiple accounts and cultivate positive relationships with clients
  • Drive client retention, renewals, and upsells, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to grasp customer objectives and exceed campaign goals
  • Utilize technical tools and quantitative data for effective campaign management, ensuring customer satisfaction and renewals
  • Generate insightful campaign reports through analysis and research
  • Upkeep weekly campaign status documents for review
  • Coordinate with Finance team for billing and invoicing
  • Efficiently manage customer activity using CRM tools, ensuring clear visibility and timely issue resolution
  • Adhere to established processes for campaign setup, pixel placement strategy, creative execution, ad trafficking, and troubleshooting
  • Gather and contribute insights for the development of new processes and workflows
  • Emphasize superior customer service, operational excellence, and strategic insight in all endeavors

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development or Account Management, with background in Banking/Financial services preferred
  • Dynamic personality, able to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external organizations
  • Build trust through communication, expectations setting and completion of planned deliverables
  • Demonstrate business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; with a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
  • Strong experience in project and program management, with knowledge of essential concepts such as phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities, managing client deliverables across various projects and internal commitments
  • Passionate about business and always seeking ways to improve and grow clientele portfolio
  • Familiar with contracts and contract negotiations
  • Proven ability to work independently and remain self-driven
  • Technically-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office suite
