Job Description
- Greet and direct visitors
- Help visitors log in and print visitor passes on lobby.
- Answer phone inquiries in a courteous manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Manage emails, letters, packages and other forms of correspondence for the entire center
- Assist with courier services (local & overseas), including accepting deliveries into the office, advising staff of their arrival and proceeding with distribution
- Other admin duties: Prepare letter and visa application for travel
- Support on company internal /external events
- Manage and control office stationery
- Manage internal communications to the company on behalf of General Manager
- Verify and process staff claims & corporate card expenses
Job Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- About 1-3 years of office receptionist and admin experience
- Available within short notice
