Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback on customer orders' status
  • Manage and oversee all inbound and outbound inventory activities
  • Review materials forecast and execute supply plan
  • Analyze Forecast Variance and identify strategies to improve the Forecasting process to minimize the variance.
  • Analyze the variance of demand and supply
  • Monitor the fulfillment gaps, drive investigation of root cause and recovery plan
  • In-charge of inventory control and analysis
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of customer service/ supply chain/ inventory distribution management experience
