Roles & Responsibilities
· Assist the project manager with all activities on site.
· Manages the site, including planning, supervising, and ensuring orderly job delegation and smooth operations.
· To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures.
· Arrangements for logistic, hoisting, and scaffolding access in support of daily operations
· Establish and maintain quality standards and ensure that site inspections and issues are resolved as soon as possible.
· Attend meetings related to the project and prepare progress reports and work schedules.
· Other ad hoc tasks as necessary
Requirement
· Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Construction related fields.
· 5 years and above experience in building projects/civil preferred
· Good people management skills to coordinate with different teams.
· Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skill.
