Responsibilities:
- Manage customers' database accounts, performed customer verification and processed applications request
- Identify prospects, develop accounts and ability to respond to functional and technical aspect of customers request for quotation or enquires
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationship
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide proper follow up
- Investigates and resolves customer problems and deliveries
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
- Maximize operating profits while gaining market share through superior customer service
- To comply with company's procedures and policies
- Administrative support and perform other work related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Tertiary or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales or in a technical occupation to the product or manufacturing environment
- Familiar with ERP system will be an advantage
- Ability to complete assignment on time
- Independent, able to work under minimal supervision
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS office application
- Candidate without above prerequisite experience but willing to learn will be considered
