Customer Service Executive (Logistics)
Location: Ubi / Macpherson
Working days : Monday - Friday (830am to 530pm)
Salary range: $2,000 - $3,300 (depend on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Managing Shipment Schedules
- Liaise with Factory and Logistic Companies for Inbound and Outbound Deliveries.
- Process and Generate Shipping Invoices and DO
- Verify merchandise shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries.
- Maintain, Track and log information in the system.
- Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or at least 3 years of working experience in the related Customer Service or freight forwarding industry is preferred
