Role Summary:
Our client is a established luxury fashion house is seeking experienced candidates to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing with headcount not more than 200 employees, sales commission calculations and preparation of all payroll related reports such as CPF contributions, employee tax filing, manpower cost reports.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll, commission calculation and incentive consolidation for employees in Singapore and Malaysia. Work with external payroll vendors to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Responsible for statutory payment submissions and claims - CPF, Foreign Worker Levy, IRAS (IR21, IR8A), tax clearance for non-Singaporean, Government-Paid maternity, paternity and childcare leave, etc.
- Key person for data management & reporting, maintain accurate and up to date employees’ data in SAP Success Factor system
- Good understanding of HR practices and operations, including knowledge of employee relations and compensation & benefits, and be familiar with labour law and related statutory regulations
- Assist in employee relations and point of contact for all enquiries, grievances and communication.
- Manage onboarding process and coordinate with HR operations in all documentations and offboarding processes including exit interviews.
- Manage and administer work pass applications as well as foreign worker quota administration.
- Preparation of general reports, data, employee turnover for management and submit government surveys as and when required.
- Processing of employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance claims, leave management, etc.
- Provide general administrative support such as organising employee events, coordinating training programs, office, and general administration
- Support and assist in various ongoing staff engagement programs through effective communication and activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in full spectrum of payroll processing. Experience as a Senior Executive would be a plus.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to manage documentations in Chinese language & communicate with mandarin speaking employees
- Meticulous, organized and attention to details.
- Excellent in Microsoft office especially Excel, well verse in Vlookup, if & sumif functions, pivot tables & charts.
- Familiar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage.
