Your Role:
- Supporting the Organization’s business growth and expansion which includes handling end-to-end sales process, from identifying new business prospects/opportunities to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Develop BD strategies to target potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide an enhanced the service to clients and industry partners.
- Strategize and execute effective sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
