Responsibilities:
- Your leadership and operations management skills will be highly improved.
- Leading a team of operators, technicians to achieve production goals.
- Provide support to clients' engineers on process development.
- Develop new and modified process formulations, handling equipment and reviews processing techniques and method.
- Manage equipment and setup process.
- Characterise process and equipment system to maintain and control process parameters.
- Troubleshoot process deviation and equipment malfunctions.
- Improve manufacturing yield and quality.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Material Science / Chemical / Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Or it's equivalent.
- Relevant working experiences in wafer fab / semiconductor industry
- Good technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and DOE.
- Able to handle a team of a team of operators, technicians
