Job Description
- Monitor and track news stories and reports across various media channels.
- Draft engaging and impactful content for social media platforms and print media.
- Prepare notices, advisories, posters, and other communication materials to effectively convey key messages.
- Administer and coordinate the production of corporate communication collaterals, including banners and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with residents on the management of Service & Conservancy Charges (S&CC) arrears.
- Conduct outreach activities with schools, Voluntary Welfare Organizations (VWOs), and other community stakeholders.
- Handle ad-hoc duties related to events management as needed.
- Work closely with the Public Relations Manager and other team members to ensure effective communication strategies.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Events Management, Journalism or related discipline
- Minimum 1 to 3 year’s relevant experience in communications / publi c relations / marketing / corporate affairs / journalism / events management / community outreach
- Media relations experience is advantageous
- Possess excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing skills with attention to details
- Working hours: 5.25 work week (One sat work, 2 sat off)
