Our Client, a Listed firm is seeking to recruit a Company Secretary as part of their growth plan.
Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
- To act as company secretary for the listed entity and other Singapore-incorporated subsidiaries
- Manage a full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for the group, including coordination and facilitating quarterly board meetings, minutes writing and resolution, and providing advice and support to board members
- Attend Annual General Meeting
- Act as SGX authorised user/representative, prepare and release SGX announcements, and submission of documents to SGX RegCo
- Liaise with corporate service providers, auditors, lawyers and other external parties on Corporate secretarial matters
- Support the management and board members in the corporate secretarial and compliance matters
Responsibilities:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and ICSA qualification
- Possess minimally 8 years of experience in managing corporate secretarial matters, preferably in a listed company
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act 1967 and SGX Listing Rules
- Able to communicate and work well with people
