Job Description:

  • Assist in liaison with stakeholders, minute-taking for meetings, managing public enquiry mailboxes.
  • Manage the logistics and organisation of key engagements.
  • Support the team to track deadlines, timelines and each division progress.
  • Any other administrative work as assigned that may include, but not limited to, data entry/ collation, updating of excel databases.


Requirement:

  • Only Singaporean
  • Diploma in any field
  • Prior experience in Admin, Secretarial field
