Planning Coordinator|Shiftwork|Changi

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in checking of aircraft components and consumables availability
  • Update on spares ordered and trigger for collection and delivery to the required locations
  • Coordinate and ensure timely collection and delivery and prioritize based on level of criticality
  • Generate reports on all orders, collection and delivery status
  • Assist a team of planners in Line Maintenance Component Control
  • Carry out any other tasks as per assigned by Supervisor or Executive

Requirements:

  • GCE “O” Level, ITE or Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in store, purchasing or warehouse
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Preferably familiar with SAP
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Able to be a good team player
