Responsibilities:
• Propose comprehensive home care go-to-market strategies, identify opportunities and enhance overall business operations.
• Establish and maintain strategic collaborations, negotiate partnerships, and foster relationships to expand the home care market presence.
• Develop and implement sales funnels, source potential customers and partners for home care sales generation, and onboard diverse home care providers (doctors, nurses, therapists, etc.).
• Manage home care cases, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and oversee the seamless delivery and post-service support.
• Stay informed on home care industry trends, gain a competitive edge with product knowledge.
• Design and execute sales strategies, create compelling presentations and marketing materials, and leverage marketing tools to track leads and analyze data.
• Organize both online and offline events to generate awareness, boost sales, and prepare comprehensive quotes and proposals for potential partners and customers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business, Marketing, or related home care sectors.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advantageous to have a strong background in the sales process, business, project management, marketing, and basic design skills.
• Experience in home care-related work is an advantage.
• Registered nurse with home care experience are welcome to apply.
