Job Description
Preparation and marinating of meats and poultry as per company's recipe
Roasting and BBQ of meats according to company's standards
Chopping & deboning of meats and poultry, seasoning & cutting vegetables
Ensuring all foods are cooked and prepared to the required high standards of
taste and presentation
To lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and training to maintain a productive environment
Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock and manage kitchen supplies, & re-ordering of ingredients and other supplies when required
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with kitchen equipments and knowledge of cooking techniques
Experience in marinating, roasting, chopping and deboning of BBQ meats, seasoning and cutting vegetables
Knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety practices
Able to lead, as well as work with a team
Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a warm and humid environment
Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
