Responsibilities typically include:
- Manage corporate website and all social media platforms
- Develop, implement and manage social media trategy to increase online presence and improve sales & marketing efforts
- Lead digital marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns
- Monitor, measure and evaluate the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, emerging trends and technologies
- Manage and communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Develop and manage social influencer programs
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts (if required)
- Provide recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Oversee and manage all other digital marketing projects
- Perform other duties when needed
Skills & Qualifications
- · Only Singaporeans & Singapore Permanent Residents need to apply
- · Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing position
- · Well versed in Adobe Illustrator and WordPress are a must
- · Strong writing skills
- · Strong project management skills
- · UI/UX skills and understanding of customer experience will be added advantage
- · In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics
- · Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- · Highly creative with a keen eye for details and design
- · Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
