JOB DESCRIPTION – TRAVEL MANAGER
Responsibilities typically include:
- Identify and analyse market trends and customers preferences
- Develop innovative travel experiences aligned with customers needs
- Source and collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and secure favourable terms for products and services
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscapes.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
- Stay informed about industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customers travel journey
- Oversee travel operations, including all bookings (e.g. flight, hotel, transfers, tours etc) and assist customers with Visa where applicable
- Build and maintain strong partner and customer relationships while seeking new opportunities
- Develop and manage budgets for product development and marketing initiatives
- Ensure cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel product development, and marketing specializing in tours and routes
- Multilingual, knowledge of additional language will be added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Technology savvy
- Proficiency in travel bookings and visas processes
- Strong industry network and client management skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability in a dynamic environment
