-Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission for all kinds of project especially R&R, A&A and Paints projects
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
-Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
- Carry out site measurement
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractor’s progress payments
- Other quantity surveying related duties
- Manage Pre-Tender to post contract stages.
- Responsible for contract documentation.
- Attend meeting and assists Project Manager in contract matters.
- Preparation of monthly progress claim to client and submit claim for variation works.
- Closing of final account for projects.
- Liaise and establish support with Clients, Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Developers and Contractors on certificate of claims for payments.
- Ensure timely and justifiable certification of payments from clients.
- Keep track of progress claim status and Accounts Receivable.
