RESPONSIBILITIES
• Point of contact between Return Department and Ecommerce's E-inventory
• Identify defect items using standard operating procedures on a daily/weekly basis
• Prepare and submit monthly defective claims and write off
• Perform quality check on items placed/returns
• Unpack returned merchandise and inspect condition, check for quality and assess condition of product to determine return category
• Assist with photo taking and claims report for damaged merchandise
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments when required
