Responsibilities
- Identify and draw up Health and Safety plan and continuous improvement initiatives, to reduce work process risk, raise safety awareness and improve safe work practices.
- Assess the company’s HSSE Management System to identify any deviation, weakness or significant change in organization, risk control measures and provide recommendation for improvement.
- Command the team on site to stop work if there are safety lapses.
- Reorganise a new deployment and rectify immediately on site all breaches so that site can start work ASAP on that same day.
- Conduct regular/daily site visits check, inspections and review.
- Oversees multiple sites
- Other Ad-hoc Duties
Requirements
- Experience in Singapore construction projects
- Knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO)
Salary
$3,000 to $4,000
