Roles & Responsibilities
• To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g. incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers)
• Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
• Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
• Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained
• Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients
• Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required
Requirements
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
• Prior relevant corporate secretarial experience will be an advantage
