We’re seeking a qualified sales manager who can oversee our store's daily operations with upmost sales skills as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal sales manager has sufficient experience with the entire sales process, fluent in face-to-face rapport building, competent in product suites and knowledge, as well as deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record that proves to us that the candidate can supervise and manage the premise effectively. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to communicate, advise, close deals while working under a rather competitive environment.
Objectives of this role
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives

Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
