Position: Temp Staff (Admin)
Salary: $13/hr
Location: Harbourfront Centre
Day/time: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Contract: 6 months (possibility of contract extension for up to a year)
Tentative start date: 27th March
Responsibilities:
• Planning, tracking, scheduling and liaising for audit visits to ensure smooth audit flow
• Coordinate and serve as point of contact to long term care providers/outsourced auditors relating to audit scheduling and preparations
• Collating and filing of audit reports and email correspondences
• Planning and scheduling meetings and events for the team
• Manage statistics on complaints and inspections
• Administrative support (e.g. data entry/collation, organising meetings) and usage of virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Liaison work with service providers and external vendors
• All other administrative work as needed.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Healthcare-related discipline/ Life sciences / Biological Sciences (or any other relevant science background)
• Basic excel analytical skills
• Good written and communication skills
• Applicants should be able to commit for at least 6 months.
• There is the possibility of contract extension for up to a year.
