Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, incorporating scope, schedule, and budget considerations.
Oversee the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
Coordinate activities with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Industry Expertise:
Leverage professional experience, especially in SP PowerGrid, PowerGas, and LTA projects, to bring specialized insights and best practices to construction initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-control measures.
Ensure financial goals are met while maintaining project quality and integrity.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Enforce adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to guarantee compliance with project specifications.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
Address issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries professionally.
Utilize expertise in SP PowerGrid, PowerGas, and LTA projects to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on SP PowerGrid, PowerGas, and LTA projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
