Job Description:
- Perform review and Master Asset Tree tagging of the contract breakdown related to construction, additions & alteration works and common costs of development project for cost allocation and asset capitalisation purpose.
- Facilitate in retrieval of supporting documents and seek clarification on the contracts from multiple parties (e.g, Development Contracts & Cost Control team, CE Planning, Design & Control team as well as Project Management team) so to understand nature of contract works and perform review and tagging accurately.
- Coordinate and assist in the annual fixed asset sighting exercise to ensure existence and completeness of asset sighting. This includes liaising with the different asset controllers to identify the assets; assist in updating the changes to asset details; and perform actual asset sighting with asset controllers for samples selected.
- Assist in day to day operation duties and month/year-end closing and reporting activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in SAP will be advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to engage stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Must commit for the full 6 months contract period.
