What you’ll be doing:
- Lead project implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with our sales team to provide expertise in solutions design, calculations, and site surveys
- Become the go-to expert for racking systems design, implementation, and site management
- Manage and liaise with subcontractors, overseeing their workmanship throughout the implementation process
- Facilitate a seamless transition from sales to implementation
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the entire implementation process
- Align expectations and deliverables with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Adherence to company implementation processes and guidelines
- Work closely with various stakeholders to resolve any post-implementation defects
- Provide technical guidance during machine-to-software integration
- Develop and nurture relationships with local suppliers and assembly teams
- Partner with the Central Quality department to provide feedback on project supplier systems
- Conduct yearly quality analyses of suppliers and subcontractors
What we look for:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or Diploma with project management certifications
- Minimum 3 years of project environment experience
- Strong analytical skills and project management experience
- Good structural and process knowledge
- Hands-on and self-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- PMP certification and WSH qualifications are a plus
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Experience in contractor management
- Familiarity with warehousing, construction, or machinery industry
- Effective decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to plan, delegate, and manage projects
- Willingness to work in a construction site environment if needed
