Restaurant Business Development Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity.
We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences. Willing to work on weekend and late hours closing.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant relationships while building towards business goals
- Facilitate onboarding processes understanding and supporting DF technology and restaurant POS/technology
- Meet regularly with restaurant partners to gather feedback, learn additional business needs, and discuss new offerings from Delivery First
- Communicate with restaurant partners on an ongoing basis to monitor and support progress
- Work with internal team to ensure we are delivering top service in all areas of the business
- Increase business with current partners through additional opportunities including extended delivery hours, additional driver staffing, and technology including delivery platform and POS integrations
- Clearly communicate the value of Delivery First and new offerings to customers
- Achieve and exceed quarterly targets
