- Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
- Order Taking and Serving in a timely manner
- Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well
- Refill beverages throughout the meal
- General cleaning/dishwashing
- Making sure that all areas of the restaurant is clean and neat
