· Prepare Standard Operating Processes (SOP) for assembly production process
· Provide preventive maintenance for machines, tools and jigs for production and engineering
· Ensure tooling and machinery are working and updated accordingly
· Perform monthly maintenance for tooling, machinery and set up
· In charge of engineering projects
· Improve existing work processes and prepare new ones whenever necessary
· Enhance productivity by improving the production process and boosting innovative measures
· Solve in-process assembly lines issues
· Source for new tooling suppliers and liaise with them
· Work with drafter wherever there is engineering concern with the drawings
· Work with sales team for new products/RFQ requested
· Work with QA team for first article and new products qualification
· Monitor the status of trials of new products regularly
· Monitor and improve the drawings and technical requirements for all CSS products
· Generate process drawing flow for production reference
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· 2 years relevant working experience
· Able to work independently and in a team
· Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis skills
