about the job
- Lead continuous improvement projects
- Recommend process changes for improvements
- Negotiate with customers to reconcile product requirements
- Develop lean manufacturing plans
- Conduct quantitative evaluation of quality performance measures
- Develop process plans for manufacturing operations
- Set up sensors and interface systems to automate manufacturing processes
skills & experience required
- Phd / Masters (MSC) in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
- Min 4 years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment
- High Mix Low Volume Manufacturing environment experience will be a plus
- Competency in SAP, TeamCenter, MATLAB, Statistics Process Control Software (SPSS) will be an advantage
- Training given to candidates with no experience
