Responsibilities:
- Preparing presentation materials for business meetings with Japanese companies looking for digital transformation support using our proprietary software
- Coordination of daily, global, cross-functional, strategic and tactical meetings to ensure alignment across teams on processes, projects, initiatives and metrics
- Identify user requirements, research, design and develop documentation to analyze requirements, comply with project plans and industry standards
- Support CEO with M&A and JV negotiations
Education and Experience Required:
- Possess a Degree in Business Management, M&A, Business Analysis, Project management or other related disciplines
- Keen interest in investment, tech deployment activities
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas
- Fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory
