· Position: Operations Executive/Shipping Executive
· Location: North Bridge Road
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Prepare shipping documents and letters of credit
· Coordinate with shipping container lines to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to commodity trading operations
· Manage logistics and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
· Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities related to commodity trading operations
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Minimum Diploma educational qualification
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commodity trading environment
· Experienced in preparing shipping documents and be familiar with banking documentation, including letters of credit
· Experienced in working with shipping container lines
