E-Commerce Fulfillment and Admin

Job Description:

  • Execute and Coordinate day to day operations and order fulfilment
  • Handling the full process of packaging and labelling of products before delivery.
  • To handle day to day administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping and coordinating schedules.
  • Liaison with various support departments to process schedule of incoming and outgoing stock or 3rd party logistics.
  • Perform routine stock take and general housekeeping of the warehouse
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Responsible individual with good working attitude
  • Able to work independently and handle tight schedule
  • Comfortable to work in non-air con environment
  • Comfortable to work on Weekend and Public Holiday
