Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads to assess their fit for our products/services.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead qualification criteria.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and position our solutions effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team based on lead qualification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to improve lead generation strategies and product offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales development or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
